Your Hoster portal is at hoster.hearst.app: one ledger, read the same way by you and by us, instead of emails and spreadsheets. The screens below show sample data for a demonstration hoster, Demo Hosting Co.
One account for everything Hearst. The portal opens on your organization; if you belong to several, you choose which one you act for.
The overview starts with what awaits you, record by record, then your sites in 2.5D: a cabinet per site, a LED per batch, green once you have validated it. Below, what is billed and paid, and your hashrate day by day. Only what you have validated counts; what still awaits you is shown apart, never added in.
Hearst enters each batch with its proof: the site, the machine model, the number of machines, the power per machine and the day they were plugged in.
If it is right, Validate: once validated, a batch is final and no longer changes. If it is not, write what is wrong and Reject.
Every month Hearst advances your electricity, batch by batch: machines × power × 24 h × days × your price per kWh. The whole calculation is in front of you.

Request a payment when you want, even every day.
Each transfer appears with its proof and what it pays: an advance, an invoice, or on account. Confirm it once the money has reached you.
Your invoices are entered with their document: electricity for the month, complements and credit notes, deposit calls, repairs, shipping and fees.
If something is wrong, write the reason and Reject. Hearst corrects the record and it comes back to you.
